Nancy Wulff

1. When did you join the LCC?

I joined in the fall of 2019. I’ve attended the performances of LCC for a few years and enjoyed them so much, I thought I’d join!

2. Where did you grow up?

I grew up in Warrenton, Missouri. It is a rural community which has grown quite a bit since I’ve been away. My dad still resides there.

3. Tell us about your family – are you married, single, any children?

I am single and enjoy my role as Aunt Nancy to five awesome nephews and nieces who are growing up too fast!!

4. What is (or was) your professional career?

I retired from North Kansas City Schools in 2018. I was a classroom teacher in the elementary level and reading specialist. I currently do private tutoring in the area of reading.

5. Tell us about your choral experiences. What choirs have you sung with? Are you currently singing with other choirs?

I sung in a high school choir and church choir for several years. The church I am currently attending has a praise band, but I am not singing right now in any other choirs.

6. Do you play any instruments?

I played the flute in high school and play piano, but I am very rusty!

7. Besides choral music, what other styles of music do you enjoy?

I enjoy Contemporary Christian music the most!

8. What has been your favorite or most memorable LCC concert or song?

I’ve only been participated in one concert, but my favorite song from the Kaleidoscope concert was 93 Million Miles.

9. What are your hobbies or interests other than singing?

I enjoy reading, traveling, bicycling and hiking!

10.What is your favorite food or dessert?

Favorite food is Mexican and favorite dessert would be chocolate ice cream.

11.Do you have any pets? What kind and how many?

No pets at this time, but I do love animals.

12.If you could have dinner with your favorite musician, singer, composer from any time period, who would be?

Paul McCartney
